the process

  1. Schedule a Consultation Call (you can email nick@keystonehatcraft.com, or text him at 215.264.0498)

  2. Measurements (do you know your fitted baseball cap size? have a fabric tape measure? We can help!)

  3. Pick your color, material, crown/brim style and ideas for hatband (only the color and material need to be 100% decided at this point)

  4. 50% deposit to get started. (THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE; it is used to purchase non-returnable materials for your hat)

  5. Your Hat Goes into Production (production times vary, as of 8.30.26 production time is 6-8 weeks)

  6. At substantial completion, Keystone Hatcraft will reach out to schedule your decoration call.

  7. Decoration: This is where we shape and style the crown, brim and hatband. We are able to take limited in person decoration calls. In-person visits can also include steam fitting your hat for a snugger fit.

  8. 50% payment and delivery of your new hat! (Tax and shipping will be assessed with shipped purchases, credit card fees may apply)
